After working for blue chip companies (Proctor and Gamble and Weetabix), Marsha worked freelance in the FMCG market before setting up Good Sense Research in 1996 with a food scientist, economist and statistician. Her focus is on generating insight into customer motivation, determining how and what really makes a product work for the customer.
